Dear Friend
On behalf of Enniskillen Rugby Club, I want to thank you for taking the time to respond to this email.
As we work towards 100 years as a local sporting organisation, we are looking to ensure that we can continue to offer modern and suitably equipped facilities which will continue to serve the Enniskillen and surrounding communities.
With growth right across all aspects of rugby and the requirements to meet with the demands and needs of the local community, Enniskillen RFC are embarking on a proposed large-scale development at the Mullaghmeen site.
In order to ensure that the site and the supporting facilities are developed and shaped to best enhance our people, our local organisations and our communities, we are asking for your valued input so that we can create something which delivers for us all.
We fully understand the pressures that many organisations and businesses are facing during and after Covid and the landscape that we knew is changing fast. With that in mind we want to ensure that the facility can help and support as many facets of our local fabric and its vital that your opinion and views are at the very heart of what we can deliver together.
We have appointed Third Sector Connect to help support gather the information that will help us together formulate a strong case for any future plans.
You can select 3 potential options as to how you wish to feedback:
1. Online Survey: A short online survey can be accessed through the link below, which will capture both your views and valued information on how to progress the project - https://forms.office.com/e/gVF47H4XUM
2. 1-1 discussion: If you would like this option can I ask you to contact Gavin Nelson from Third Sector Connect who will organise a meeting. Gavin can be contacted on gavin@thirdsectorconnect.com
3. Open day event: This will be held at Enniskillen Rugby Club on Thursday 3rd August between 11am and 9pm. Again, can I ask you to contact Gavin so he can make arrangements for final number at that event.
Again, thank you for your valued input and we will work to ensure that all views and opinions are taken on board.
This is a very exciting time for the Club and the local community, and we will continue to keep you updated as the programme for development evolves.
Best Wishes
Tommy Dane
